CEDAR PARK, TEXAS

Cedar Park is a city in Travis and Williamson Counties in the U.S. state of Texas. From a population of 5,161 in 1990, Cedar Park grew to a population of 26,049 at the 2000 census. As of 2008, the population is estimated to be around 52,721, making it the seventh-fastest growing city in the United States. The city is considered to be a suburb of Austin. The center of Austin is approximately 16 miles to the southeast, although Austin directly borders Cedar Park at the latter's southern extent.
